For B-League, the current seeding is based on HH'99 standing:
1. Evergreen
2. Kubila
3. Tigers
4. Drifters
5. Chiao Tung
6. Master Batters (Formal SV)
7. Vipers
8. Symmetry
9. Kumon Cocks (new team)
 
After drafting, 9 teams are divided into 2 groups, X and Y.
 
X group -
X1: Evergreen
X2: Tigers
X3: Master Batters
X4: Symmetry
X5: Kumon Cocks.
 
Y group - 
Y1: Kubila
Y2: Drifters
Y3: Chiao Tung
Y4: Vipers. 
 
1. Round robbin in each X an Y group. 
Then the best 2 teams from X and Y groups form a B-League. And the rest of 5 teams form a BB-League. So the best 2 teams from X group will be named as B1 and B2; and the
best 2 teams from Y group will be named as B3 and B4. The rest of  2 teams from X group will be named as BB1 and BB2; and the rest of 3 teams from y group will be named as
BB3, BB4 and BB5.
 
2. Round robbin in each B and BB-League. However, the teams from the same group (X or Y) don't play against each other again. The score in previous round will carry over to
this round for final ranking.
 
3. B and BB-League playoff. (2nd vs. 3rd, 1st vs. 4th, then 3rd place game and championship game like before)
